Role Overview

Serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the repair process

Provide clear communication accurate information and a positive experience

Coordinate between customers technicians estimators insurance partners and vendors

Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely updates

Gather essential information (vehicle details accident info insurance claim number contact info)

Schedule estimates

Explain the collision centers process and timelines

Prepare customer files and ensure all documents are complete

Alert customer when vehicle is done

Collect payment and handle deductible transactions

Ensure customer satisfaction and request feedback or reviews

Clear verbal and written communication

Active listening and empathy

Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Accurate data entry

Time management and follow-through

Basic understanding of collision repair terminology

Ability tode-escalate frustrated customers

Commitment to transparency and trust-building

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Good written communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy work environment
