Customer Service Representative

Are you someone who enjoys helping customers solving problems and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment Guhring Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
In this role you will be the key connection between our customers sales team production departments and management-helping ensure every customer receives outstanding service and support.
What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone email fax and website inquiries
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide pricing delivery and product information to customers
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our systems
- Prepare reports correspondence and order confirmations
What Were Looking For
- 1-3 years of customer service administrative or office experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents
