What You Will Do:

Areas of contribution may include but are not limited to:

• Handle high inbound call volume while navigating multiple systems at a time
• Professionally communicate through phone and email to assist and educate customers throughout the claim process and de-escalate as needed
• Use problem solving and critical thinking to assist customers efficiently and effectively
• Maintain adaptability flexibility and an eagerness to learn
• Contribute to a collaborative high volume fast-paced environment
• Meet and exceed expectations through being detail-oriented organized reliable and self-motivated

Requirements:

• Work authorization in the United States and based in a company approved location.
• The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check conducted in accordance with local law/regulations before beginning work.
