What Youll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound requests for priority service appointments via phone email chat and customer portals
• Schedule reschedule and cancel appointments in coordination with capacity planners and dispatch teams
• Handle a variety of customer inquiries including billing questions technician ETAs scheduling concerns and product/service information
• Resolve customer issues by identifying needs researching solutions and escalating when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in internal systems
• Accurately document and disposition all interactions in call monitoring software
• Process payments in compliance with CPI regulations (when applicable)
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy and response times
• Communicate service status updates to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Support dispatch operations as needed to ensure efficient service delivery
• Create and process invoices and maintain reporting requirements
• Stay up to date on company products services and promotions
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent on-time performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned
