In-office role - NOT REMOTE

Summary: The Account Manager / Customer Service Representative will provide foundational support to the customer service team in a B2B manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for routine data entry assisting with basic order processes and supporting internal and external communications under close supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enters customer orders and updates basic information in the ERP system
• Supports team members by organizing and maintaining order records and files
• Responds to basic customer inquiries via phone or email escalating complex issues as needed
• Verifies ALL order information such as quantities and delivery dates
• Communicates clearly and professionally with internal teams including purchasing scheduling and shipping
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines for order processing
• Learns about products processes and customer requirements through on-the-job training
• Participates in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintains accurate documentation and assists with general administrative tasks

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting highly preferred
• High school diploma or GED Required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable asking questions and able to prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office specifically Outlook and Excel and learning ERP software (Prefer ERP software experience)
• Dependable andteam-oriented with a positive attitude
• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment which can include machinery noise.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Range:$24.00/hr to $28.00/hr DOE

Location:Near 120th and I-25

Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
