About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join
our this role you will be the go-to resource for our
industrial customersprocessing orders quoting prices and
collaborating with our outside sales team to deliver top-tier MROP
product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products services stock
availability and shipping.
- Process phone orders quote prices and input sales data accurately.
- Fill orders to exact customer specifications.
- Source products and provide direct support to the outside sales
team.
Work Environment
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Setting: Primarily seated office work with occasional warehouse
tasks (ability to lift up to 30 lbs).
