Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our operations and deliver outstanding service to candidates clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver real-time support to placement specialists and field teams during active recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries from candidates and clients regarding job placements interview scheduling and service updates.

  • Partner with recruitment coordinators to arrange interviews update candidate pipelines and address placement-related questions.

  • Verify completion of daily activities with field staff and collect necessary documentation at shift close.

  • Prepare and organize recruitment materials and documentation for upcoming placement schedules.

  • Cross-check placement details and supporting records to ensure accuracy before distribution.

  • Maintain precise records input data into our applicant tracking systems and keep all files current.

  • Communicate professionally with candidates clients hiring managers and internal departments to support seamless operations.

  • Quickly investigate and resolve placement scheduling or service issues while providing excellent support.

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced results-driven environment with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior experience in customer service recruitment coordination administrative support or office environments preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to build strong relationships.

  • Demonstrated success managing high call volumes while staying organized and focused on client/candidate needs.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow-through.

  • Proficient with computer systems data entry and multiple software platforms.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

  • Reliable punctual and adaptable in a dynamic operations-focused workplace.
