Deliver exceptional courteous customer service to candidates clients and community partners.
Act as the primary contact for inquiries across phone email and in-person channels.
Manage front office operations including processing requests and assisting with services.
Review process and maintain candidate and client documentation in compliance with policies.
Organize and manage electronic and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle correspondence payments and administrative tasks professionally.
Collaborate with sales recruiting and accounting teams for smooth service delivery.
Utilize company systems and software effectively to support operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
