Position: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or in-person

- Provide accurate and knowledgeable information about our company services and properties

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers

- Process applications lease agreements and other necessary paperwork

- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction

- Keep detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus
