- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about our services properties and policies to customers

- Assist customers with property inquiries scheduling appointments and completing necessary paperwork

- Maintain accurate and organized customer records

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date on company policies procedures and services

- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
