Customer Service Manager

A Day in the Life:

Were looking for a friendly organized and solutions-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our front-end team and ensure every customer leaves with a great this role youll oversee the daily operations of the customer service and checkout areas support and coach team members and handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care. Youll be responsible for overseeing shift schedules maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and ensuring smooth efficient service at all times. Whether youre jumping in to assist during a rush or mentoring staff on best practices youll be setting the tone for exceptional service and perfecting the art of fresh friendly shopping. If you have experience in retail leadership strong communication skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences wed love to have you on our team!
