Every day is an adventure. You and your Truck Team partner will head out across Tucson to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will:

• Drive cool company trucks along assigned service routes.
• Meet interesting new people face-to-face every day.
• Deliver on-site estimates solve logistics puzzles and close sales on the spot.
• Safely remove haul and sort unwanted items.
• Make a positive community impact by donating and recycling items responsibly to keep waste out of landfills.

Your Career Advancement Pathway:

1. Truck Team Member / Customer Experience Lead: Master route sales hands-on customer interactions and daily truck operations.
2. Certified Sales Leader (CSL): Take charge of on-site revenue generation high-value estimates and team sales goals.
3. Senior Sales Leader / Operations Lead: Coach junior teammates manage daily route efficiency and run field operations.
4. Director of Operations / Director of People Development: Oversee multi-truck operations team development and location culture.
5. General Manager: Manage full business unit P&Ls and lead market operations!

• Age & Drivers License: Must be 21 years old with a valid drivers license and clean driving history.
• Physical Capability: Active high-energy and able to repeatedly lift 5075 lbs throughout an active shift.
• Schedule Availability: Full-time availability (45 shifts per week including 1 mandatory weekend shift).
• Customer-First Mindset: Outgoing personable reliable and excited to communicate with customers and close sales.
• Growth Mindset: Coachable competitive and driven by performance-based earnings.
