Lead and mentor our incredible CSR team
Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets
Manage appointments phones and client communications like a pro
Navigate veterinary software and medical terminology with confidence
Partner with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly
Help create a positive supportive drama-free workplace

Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital (required)
Has leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Stays calm under pressure and can multitask with a smile
Loves people just as much as pets
Is dependable organized and solution-oriented
Brings positivity professionalism and a great sense of humor
