At 1-800-GOT-JUNK Honolulu our Truck Team Members work in a dynamic outdoor environment delivering exceptional customer service across this role you will partner with fellow team members to drive company vehicles assist clients with junk removal services and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Your Career Path:

1. Truck Team Member / Specialist Master customer service sales and route operations.
2. Certified Sales Lead Take ownership of on-site estimates and team revenue goals.
3. Operations Lead / Senior Sales Manage daily routes coach teammates and lead field operations ($25$28/hr average!).
4. General Manager / Director of Operations Oversee entire branch locations and business units!

• Age Requirement: 21 years old (insurance requirement).
• Valid Drivers License: Clean driving record (past 3 years) and comfortable driving commercial box trucks.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 5075 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Great Attitude: Outgoing dependable customer-focused and eager to learn.
