Position Overview

Our client an HVAC company is looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service this role you will be the first point of contact for customers handling incoming calls and scheduling HVAC service appointments.

This is a fast-paced position especially during peak season and requires someone who is organized detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule HVAC service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Enter and update customer information in our internal database
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
• Communicate effectively with team members and service technicians

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Previous experience in HVAC or a related industry is a plus
