Job Summary:
The Customer Service Desk Analyst provides support for the districts technology department. The essential functions as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility; specific position requirements will vary depending on the needs of the district.
HIRING SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma HiSet or G.E.D.
Work Experience: N/A
Licensure or Certification: A Network Plus or MOUS certification preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of ERP and SIS systems.
2. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft products.
3. Excellent customer services skills.
4. Effective written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and proven ability to meet deadlines.
6. Maintain valid drivers license with a driving record that aligns with the districts motor vehicle record requirement while employed.
7. Maintain confidentiality.
8. Attend work on a prompt and regular basis.
9. Maintain satisfactory and harmonious working relationships with the public students and other employees.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by users on the district network via telephone email or SMS remote access.
2. Initiate service technician calls as needed.
3. Maintain records of computer/network/telecommunications service work.
4. Maintain professional learning and growth to maintain knowledge and gain additional skills around the use of technology in instruction and office management.
5. Other duties as assigned.

FT/PT: Full Time
DAYS:260 HOURS: 8 hour day
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constant: Sitting telephone and computer. Occasional: Standing walking bending/stooping reaching/pushing/pulling climbing/stairs driving.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequently inside with occasional exposure to outside and extremes of temperature/humidity.
