Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Coordinator to support customer relationships scheduling and service operations. This mid-level in-office role requires strong judgment responsiveness and the ability to manage complex coordination independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex scheduling and coordination using Outlook calendars
• Serve as a primary customer point of contact providing proactive outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate service projects preventive maintenance schedules and internal resources
• Arrange technician travel including airfare hotels and itineraries
• Identify and recommend additional services or upsell opportunities based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication via email and Microsoft Teams
• Collaborate closely with technicians operations and leadership to ensure service delivery

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer success scheduling operations or coordination roles
• Strong background in high-volume scheduling and customer communication
• Proven ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
• High level of organization accuracy and responsiveness
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams Excel Word)
• Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new systems
• Experience coordinating travel arrangements preferred
