Customer Service & Collections Representative

$16.50/hr. Starting Pay Commission

Day shift schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ; 8:30 am - 5 :00 pm)

Job will report to office and work performed in the Conway SC location.

What Youll Do:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Engage with customers to resolve account issues collect payments and offer solutions
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
• Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling customer appointments

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales collections and/or customer service preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced goal-driven environment; ability to multi-task
• Reliable positive and ready to grow with us
