Full-time position Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM Every other Saturday 7AM-2PM

Responsibilities

• Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket

• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customer

• Operate switchboard telephone system and answer incoming phones directing them to the correct department

• Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold

• Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

• Make daily follow up calls to service customers

• Maintain lounge inventory (snacks/beverages etc)

• Learn Warranty submission as back up to the Warranty Admin.

• Scan documents to Reynolds & Reynolds

• Close Internal Service ROs.

• Other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Organizational skills

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Professional personal appearance
