Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area providing exceptional services to our clients for over 20 years. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and properties

- Handle and resolve customer complaints escalating to the appropriate department when necessary

- Maintain customer records and update information in our database

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
