Job Description:

Pay:$19.39 - $21.02 per hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidates direct Phlebotomy experience qualifications skills and geographic location.
Start Date:September 14 2026
Schedule:Sunday through Saturday Five days a week variable hours between the hours of 6am-8pm based on business needs Every other weekend required.

Travel: You will assist Vitalants donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable convenient and consistent blood donation experiences for our day you will helpsave lives and have a vital impact on your community.

No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Every day you will:

  • Create an exceptional donor experience by welcoming educating and caring for donors throughout the donation process.

  • Perform blood collections while ensuring donor safety comfort and confidence.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow all quality safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive company vehicles of all sizes set up and operate equipment at mobile blood drive locations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School graduate or GED
  • Valid instate drivers license and suitable driving record
  • Must have personal reliable transportation
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic working knowledge of Windows operating system keyboard usage and PC.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures and instructions.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts varied schedules overtime weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member.
  • Ability to travel as required.
