Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns

- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company

- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations

- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a construction or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
