YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents checking the validity of drivers licenses and requesting additional documentation when needed d 

• You assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs 

• You offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes while addressing any questions or concerns 

• You finalize rental agreements by confirming documents adjusting as needed explaining charges and providing accurate receipts 

• You inspect returned vehicles for damages mileage and fuel levels ensure personal belongings are removed and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Education & ExperienceYou have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience 

• Licenses & AuthorizationYou are at least 18 years old hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship 

• Computer SkillsYou possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications 

• Work Hours & TravelYou can work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts and are open to travel (5-10%) some of which may be by airplane 

• Uniform & LanguageYou are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
