Customer Service Agent

Location: Atlanta GA
Starting Pay:$20.00 per hour

• Provide customer support for logistics orders via phone and email (status appointments issue resolution).

• Track shipments monitor exceptions and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.

• Enter and maintain accurate shipment data and documentation in company systems.

• Coordinate with carriers drivers and warehouse teams to resolve delays damages or delivery changes.

• Support scheduling reporting and other operational tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Customer service experience required; logistics or transportation experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems.

• Clear communication attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer copier and printer.

• Needs to occasionally move about the office and/or warehouse to access documents and operational personnel.

• Frequently communicates with customers and internal teams and must be able to exchange accurate information.

• Primarily office-based; may occasionally work near warehouse operations.

• Work near others and often share the same workspace.

• May occasionally be exposed to noise and non-temperature-controlled areas.

• Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm

• Overtime may be available based on operational needs.
