Job Summary
- Assist customers with selecting wireless plans devices and accessories
- Activate new lines upgrades and account changes
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend products and promotions based on customer needs
- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean organized work environment
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Wireless industry experience (Boost Mobile Cricket Wireless Metro Verizon etc.) is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned store locations if needed
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends

Required Skills:
