Job Summary

Assist customers with selecting wireless plans devices and accessories
Activate new lines upgrades and account changes
Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
Recommend products and promotions based on customer needs
Meet individual and store sales targets
Process customer transactions accurately
Maintain accurate customer records
Support daily store operations and maintain a clean organized work environment

Requirements

Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus
Wireless industry experience (Boost Mobile Cricket Wireless Metro Verizon etc.) is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
Basic computer skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned store locations if needed
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
