Customer Relationship Support

TheCustomer Relationship Supportis responsible for providing support to the Branch Administration team with administrative responsibilities personalized support in all phases of customer service client relationship building loans deposit portfolios account maintenance account documentation account opening and other tasks as assigned.

This position provides direct customer service to bank customers with all requests and bank related inquiries that include loan applications and loan agreements and reconcile other bank related issues on a timely basis. Additionally this position will prepare review and request to process W8 forms check cards as well as confirm and process wire and internal transfers. The Customer Relationship Support must also comply with all related CIP and BSA/AML requirements.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance and one (1) to three (3) years of banking experience or a two year College Degree with a minimum of four (4) years of banking experience required specifically related to servicing customers in activities such as wire transfers and new accounts; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in internal bank operations (wire transfers debits/credits and loan payments) and of banking products to cross-sell.
• Must be able to resolve problems and adjusts tactics in response to changing circumstances.
• Must have the capability to prioritize budget time and maintain work priorities and must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be knowledgeable on X-Pert AML applications preferred.
• Must possess excellent organizational analytical interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficient in MS Software (e.g. Excel Word and Outlook).
• Silver Lake training and knowledge of banking laws and regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act/AML and Patriot Act is preferred.
