Position Summary
- Responsible for new business development customer relationship management and delivering transportation solutions.
- Combines brokerage sales account management and freight operations exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new freight opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Grow and manage an active portfolio of transportation accounts.
- Expand existing customer business through account development strategies.
- Coordinate FTL Dry Van Reefer Drayage Intermodal Specialized and Over-Dimensional freight.
- Develop freight pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams.
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
- Resolve claims service disruptions and customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in TMS and CRM platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience in freight brokerage transportation sales or logistics operations preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with TMS and CRM tools is a plus.
