This role combines account development transportation sales and operational collaboration to ensure customers receive exceptional service and long-term value.
Business Development & Customer Management
- Generate new freight opportunities and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and expand an active portfolio of transportation accounts.
- Develop growth strategies to increase business with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for account penetration and revenue growth.
- Maintain high levels of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Transportation Solutions & Freight Execution
- Support Dry Van Reefer FTL Intermodal Drayage Specialized Equipment Over-Dimensional and Multi-Modal transportation services.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams to support execution.
- Maintain strong carrier relationships and service standards.
- Resolve service interruptions claims and transportation challenges.
- Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
Systems & Performance
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to maintain accurate records.
- Monitor account activity and performance metrics.
- Maintain documentation and customer information within company systems.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
