We are looking for a professional who can ensure the success of onboarding new customers by collaborating with multiple teams to guarantee customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for a detail-driven go-getter who wants to positively contribute to our teams success and increase their knowledge in the telecom space.

Knowledge and experience are essential but character is just as important. • Organize daily tasks by checking the status of service orders scheduling customer installations performing account provisioning and phone porting
• Develop andmaintainknowledgeof latest best practices and ALLO deployments to best support our customers.
• Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians while also making outbound calls to coordinate installations and site surveys.
• Collaborate closely with internal provisioning and installation teams as well as third-party vendors to ensure seamless business installations from start to finish.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering passionate and exceptional service.
• Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities and maintain a high level of productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Raise objects up to 25 lbs.

• Remain stationary for extended periods

• Ability to communicate information

• Ability to operate a computer

• Possess/maintain Commercial Drivers License (CDL)

• Travel requirement
