• The Logistics: Coordinate and manage installation team schedules mapping out efficient routes to maximize daily productivity while keeping travel distances smart.
• The Communication: Act as the main line of communication between our homeowners and our installation crews. Youll handle scheduling updates and customer check-ins via phone and email.
• The Details: Order confirm and track purchase orders. You will also manage loading lists to ensure the crew has every window door and accessory they need before they leave the warehouse.
• The Data: Keep our CRM database clean accurate and up-to-date with seamless data entry and record maintenance.
  
  

• Customer Service Pros: Previous customer service experience is required. You have a friendly positive attitude and can handle a busy phone line with a smile.
• Logistics & Detail Minded: Strong attention to detail. Youre the kind of person who catches the small things before they become big problems.
