Job Description
Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Analyst
The CIAM Analyst will support customer identity and access management initiatives by gathering business requirements analyzing application onboarding needs documenting identity flows and coordinating CIAM implementations across business and technology teams. The role will act as a bridge between application owners security teams architects and engineering teams to ensure successful onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements for CIAM onboarding initiatives.
Conduct application assessments to identify authentication authorization registration profile management and federation requirements.
Create process flows use cases user stories and functional specifications.
Support onboarding of web mobile API and partner applications onto CIAM platforms.
Coordinate with architects engineers security teams and application owners throughout project delivery.
Assist in testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and production readiness activities.
Track onboarding progress risks issues and dependencies.
Support compliance and audit activities related to customer identity and access management.
Required Skills & Experience
2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst IAM Analyst or CIAM Analyst.
Understanding of CIAM concepts including SSO MFA OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) SAML and customer registration journeys.
Experience creating business requirements process flows user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ping Identity Strivacity Okta Auth0 or ForgeRock.
Knowledge of customer onboarding identity verification consent management and privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA).
Experience in Banking Financial Services Insurance Telecom or Retail industries
