About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will be the warm welcoming voice and face of our dealership. You will support our commercial fleet customers by ensuring every interaction is exceptional and leaves a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with questions appointment scheduling and follow-up communication.
• Support Service Advisors with administrative and customer service needs.
• Coordinate information between customers advisors and technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Create a positive organized customer-first environment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Positive outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
• Automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
