• Lead by example providing exceptional guest service and fostering a warm inviting store atmosphere.
• Guide and motivate the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding experiences.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to confidently share product knowledge and inspire guests.
• Lead efforts to merchandise our products creating a beautifully presented and organized store.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotions and events.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale functions.
• Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products and assist in inventory maintenance.
• Operate and promote our to-go tea bar and train other staff to do the same.
• Collaborate with owners and Production Manager to deliver on sales goals.

• Experience in a retail restaurant or customer-focused environment. Leadership experience preferred.
• A passion for food flavor and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
