Were looking for a high-level communicator who can manage our front desk while also supporting our Business Development efforts. This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience to step into a role that blends customer service inbound lead handling and appointment coordination.

If youve worked in a dealership and know how important speed tone and follow-up areyoull understand exactly what this role can become.

• Greet and direct showroom traffic with professionalism and energy
• Answer and manage incoming calls (sales & service)
• Respond to internet leads texts and chat inquiries
• Set and confirm appointments for sales and service
• Support sales team with customer follow-up
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk environment
• Help create a consistent positive customer experience across all touchpoints

• Previous dealership receptionist BDC or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone text email all of it)
• Ability to multitask without falling apart when it gets busy
• Positive attitude and professional presence
• Reliable detail-oriented and fast-moving

This is not just a front desk position.
