Customer Experience Associate

Inova Retail and Specialty Pharmacyis seeking a dedicatedCustomer Service Associateto join the team.This role will be full-time Monday Friday variable shift.

Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days.
• Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock.
• Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name date of birth allergies and insurance information.
• Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register.
• Insures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws.
• Completes daily and monthly deposit reports.
• Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory.
• Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:High School or GED.

• Experience:One (1) year experience in customer service.
