Customer Excellence Representative Hybrid Starting at 23.41

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

Schedule:Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6pm

Overtime based on business needs

What you will do -

• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Engage interact and respond in a prompt accurate courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships
• Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels internal processes and customer support methodology
• Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone e-mails and fax.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints and comments as well as actions taken
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments and/or arrange for billing
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

What you need -

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience
• High school diploma
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree
• Experience with Customer Service and Order Entry
• Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

$23.41 - $29.46 USD Hourly

Travel Percentage: 10%
