Customer Care Specialist Bilingual

Were currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Specialistto join our HQ Care Specialistwill provide outstanding customer service process customer comments feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team. The Specialist will maintain a positive attitude while fielding inbound calls handling any issues related to customer service and support overall account you will do:Answer and respond to customer phone calls emails and field requests professionally and timelyResearch and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriateFulfill requests for information and maintain account changesProcess customer comments and feedbackPerform data entry and database maintenance functionsHow you will shine:Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn2 years of customer service or retail experienceAvailability to participate in extended hours and weekend shiftsJuggling multiple projects providing solutions and having a positive impact on the teamProficiency in MS Office Suite and Customer Care tracking software preferredSpeaking fluency in Spanish is a plus
