CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries providing exceptional customer service and support

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls emails and messages

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding property listings sales rentals and other services offered by the company

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Provide administrative support to the sales team including data entry filing and document preparation

- Attend regular training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies procedures and services

- Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- Previous customer service experience preferably in a real estate or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures

- Familiarity with the Jonesboro area and real estate market is a plus
