Youre the octopus of our team handling multiple systems coordinating across departments and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What Your Day Looks Like: Youll start your morning reviewing open orders checking for any issues or delays and jumping in to find solutions. Youll communicate directly with customers keeping them informed and reassured while entering orders confirming pricing and making sure every detail is right. Youll navigate multiple ERP systems collaborate with buyers and coordinate with teams across locationsall while keeping your inbox and priorities organized.

- Own the order process from start to finish ensuring accuracy and speed.

Hourly range for this position is between $21.00 - $26.00 depending on skillset and qualifications.
