Agilents Diagnostics and Genomics Group is seeking acustomerfocused InField CustomerApplicationSpecialist (CAS)to support new and existing customers in thePA DE & WV territory. This role serves as thescientific and technical expertfor Agilents Pathology and Genomics Solutions partnering closely withsales service and internal teams to drive growth ensure successful implementations and optimize customer outcomes.

This is aremote homebased position with the expectation of frequent travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customer sites as business needs require.

• Primary territory includesthe entire states of PA DE & West Virginia
• Position isremote/homeoffice basedwithin the territory
• Regular travel within the territory is required to supportpresales postsales training and customer optimization activities

• Providepresalesscientific and technical consultation partnering withSalesto guide customers toward optimal Pathology and Genomics solutions
• Support customer meetings andpresentations as thetechnical subject matter expert(inperson and remote)
• Cotravel withSalesAccount Managers to develop new business and support existing accounts
• Supportpostsalesinstallations including onsite training and Performance Qualification in collaboration with Field ServiceEngineers and internal teams
• Optimize customer assays includingIHC Special Stains H&E and Molecular ISH/FISH
• Deliveronsite and remote troubleshootingin partnership withApplications Technical SupportSales and Service teams
• Act as thecustomer voice providing feedback to influence future product andapplicationdevelopment
• Maintain awareness of competitive solutions and articulate Agilents value differentiators
• Complete required administrative activities including scheduling travel expenses and service documentation

Additional Details

It is sales incentive the US this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $105075.00 - $175125.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
