Job Summary
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing real-time support to all retail customers and ensuring their understanding and compliance with branded requirements/ position is responsible for the adherence of relevant sales information data and keeping management informed of issues.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- First point of contact with retail customer concerns by investigating problems and troubleshooting via technical support resources accounting department dispatch and vendors as needed to resolve issues and recommend solutions.
- Communicate daily with customers via phone to assist with questions regarding brand programs and product expertise to customers regarding requirements of branded programs.
- Develop customer relationships and build trust through credible timely and consistent interactions keeping sensitive client information confidential.
- Prepare time-sensitive reports and analysis for customers as needed.
- Support Sales by compiling summarizing reporting information and preparing presentations.
- Maintain CRM (customer relationship management) data to ensure accuracy of information.
- Create marketing material/talking points for Sales team.
- Provide office administrative and receptionist phone support.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Preferred 3 years in customer service.
- Ability to multi-task with conflicting priorities in a pressured environment while still maintaining a customer-oriented demeanor.
- Self-directed and able to prioritize make decisions and meet deadlines independently with professional quality results.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to interact effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of the fuel industry and supplier requirements.
- Computer skills with knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Word.
