What You Will Do
- Lead customer activation initiatives to drive engagement and adoption of AI-driven training solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer success.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to optimize customer experiences and training outcomes.
- Manage relationships with key accounts ensuring alignment with their training needs and objectives.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 36 years of experience in account management customer success or operations within a tech environment.
- Proven experience with AI technologies particularly OpenAI and their application in training or educational contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in a B2B environment particularly within the EdTech sector.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and analytics platforms.
- Background in project management methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
