Are you looking for an opportunity to continue to enhance your skills while working Do you have a desire to be part of a maintenance team working on commercial and muti-unit residential properties from turn-of-the-century to brand new structures If YES then we are looking for you!! We are currently seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented candidate to join our Maintenance Team. Normal work hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm with some on call and snow removal hours.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cleaning and maintaining common areas and vacant apartments.
Landscaping: Mowing and weed eating.
Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Perform minor building electrical painting and plumbing repairs.
Qualifications and Skills
Must possess a valid drivers license and pass mandatory drug testing background investigation and physical ability screening.
Previous experience in maintenance preferred
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
High school or equivalent / Vocational Education preferred
