FULL-TIME Custodian positions open

Primary Duties:

• Collect all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and place them in the correct disposal dumpster

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures daily with a germicidal solution

• Wet mop all washable floors including restrooms stairwells elevators office areas and storage areas

• Vacuum all carpeted areas and dust-mop corridors

• Dustclean and sanitize other surfaces

• Refill paper towels toilet paper and hand soap in all dispensers

• Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety activities as requested

• Attend and participate in worksite safety and in-service training

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Comply with all safety requirements and procedures at all times

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to comply with and pass a federal background check as required by the contract

• Submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Have a valid drivers license

• Personal vehicle with current insurance coverage

• Must be able to physically move through the worksite

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

• Must be able to stand for long periods as well as stoop squat lift carry and push

• Must wear protective equipment such as latex gloves and safety glasses according to OSHA regulations.

• Ability to work independently

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
