Custodian II

The Facilities Custodian is responsible for providing a clean sanitary and comfortable environment.

• Assist the Facilities Supervisor or Manager in day to day operation of the facility.

• Perform daily cleaning throughout the facility (i.e. cleaning kitchen/break rooms vacuuming office areas stocking and cleaning restrooms sweeping/scrubbing warehouse floor etc.)

• Dusts office furniture partitions high and low ledges and moldings and venetian blinds;

• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition

• Set-up/tear down for special facilities events

REQUIRED

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with fellow team members and the Hanover employees

• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings

• Required to use chemicals and aerosols correctly and safely

• Will be exposed to Bio-Hazards (body fluids)

The expected pay for this position is $20/hour
