Job Summary
Position: Custodian-2nd Shift
Location:TBD
Qualifications: Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning utensils andequipment especially extractors buffers and related cleaning equipment. Knowledge of proper building cleaning;and the ability to perform minor maintenance repairs as successful candidate will need to display strong interpersonal skills and adapt well to various task demands.
Responsibilities: Basic functions are general buildingcleaning to include but not limited to floors carpets walls ceilings classrooms office area and other areas as designated; also responsible for general upkeep of school grounds; works under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian.
Terms of Employment:2nd shift positionMonday through Friday. Wages and benefits in accordance with the Agreement Betweenthe Avon Board of Education and the National Association of Municipal Employees Local R1-270 A Division of NAGE
