SOWELA Technical Community College is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position ofCustodian 1 2 or 3in theFacilities and Maintenancedepartment. This role is responsible for performing routine and specialized cleaning duties to maintain campus buildings and facilities. We are looking for a dependable hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and contributes to a clean safe and welcoming environment for the campus community.- Minimum Qualifications

- Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Perform custodial duties to maintain clean safe and sanitary buildings and grounds.
- Clean and sanitize offices restrooms common areas windows walls and floors.
- Sweep mop dust polish strip buff and wax floors as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain custodial supplies and equipment and assist with inventory activities.
- Set up furniture for meetings and events perform minor maintenance tasks and report facility repair needs.
