Essential Functions
WORKING CONDITIONS : Works inside and outside with adequate equipment but is subject to weather temperature changes and physical exertion in lifting moving and operating equipment. 1. Sitting 0%; walking 35%; standing 65% 2. Working indoors 95% and Outdoors 5% 3. Reaching for objects at above and below shoulder 4. Frequent twisting at waist and stretching to reach objects 5. Frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing between 25-50 pounds 6. Frequent pushing and pulling of objects weighing over 50 pounds. 7. Counting and basic math skills 8. Reading skills including understanding written documents 9. Limited verbal communication and writing skills 10. Sensory skills i.e. visual and touch
Preferred Qualifications
Cleaning experience in an educational healthcare commercial institutional or industrial environment or other professional cleaning services.
