Job Summary
The Custodial Supervisor will assist management in maintaining and improving cleanliness standards through inspections training employee accountability coaching and counseling. This position is responsible for supporting custodial operations developing frontline associates maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a safe clean and well-maintained campus environment.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $20.00. If both numbers are the same that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

There is no predetermined application window for this position the position will close once a qualified candidate is selected. Conduct daily and frequent inspections for quality and safety and implement corrective action.
Understand employee assignments and schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct training and retraining as needed following established procedures.
Enforce department policies and provide coaching counseling and disciplinary action when appropriate.
Maintain effective relationships with associates customers managers and peers.
Supervise special projects and support on-call and newly hired employees.
Audit building keys pagers and payroll records daily.
Communicate maintenance cleaning and operational challenges for timely resolution.
Monitor and control supply inventories and distribute equipment as needed.
Observe equipment performance and report repairs or replacement needs.
Assist with employee performance evaluations and recommendations.
Identify and report furniture fixture and facility repair needs.
Assist with custodial duties as needed.
Provide operational support during emergencies inclement weather and other critical situations.

Prior supervisory experience required.
Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to stand climb bend stoop and crouch for extended periods.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
